Questions procurement teams ask us most.
It means our quality and compliance documentation is maintained in a continuous-readiness state — not pulled together reactively when an auditor calls. Customer auditors, regulatory bodies, and certification body inspectors can be hosted at the New Salhiya City factory on request, including weekends. The supporting documentation (batch records, calibration logs, training records, traceability data) is digitally retrievable in real-time. This is a deliberate operational standard.
Three operational disciplines: (1) Predictive maintenance — Husky diagnostics catch issues before unplanned downtime; (2) Mould management — every mould has a documented service cycle, with rotation planned around production schedules; (3) Operator certification — every shift supervisor completes ongoing Husky-specific certification, and operator-to-machine ratios are deliberately staffed for problem-resolution rather than just monitoring. Unplanned downtime is treated as a quality failure, not just an operational inefficiency.
It doesn't ship. Our 100% pre-release validation discipline means every batch passes dimensional verification, top-load testing, and food-contact migration analysis (for relevant SKUs) before release. Failed batches are quarantined, root-cause analyzed, and either reworked (if the resin can be reprocessed within food-grade limits) or scrapped. The traceability trail documents the failure and corrective action — this becomes part of the audit-ready record. Customers do not receive batches that have not cleared internal validation.
Yes — and we encourage them. The New Salhiya City factory hosts customer audits, regulatory inspections, and tier-1 brand site visits regularly. We also welcome procurement teams who want to see the operation before placing first orders. Booking is straightforward: contact salesteam@deltaelnile.com to arrange a visit. For senior procurement leadership, a meeting with Hisham Abd El Hakim or one of the second-generation leaders (Mohamed or Moustafa) can be arranged.
