Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL 151/2020)

As an Egyptian company processing personal data of residents in Egypt, Delta El Nile for Industry is subject to Law No. 151 of 2020 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Egyptian PDPL"), enforced by the Personal Data Protection Center under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
